Zoë L. Devlin is based in the Registrar’s office at the University of York where she completed a PhD in the Centre for Medieval Studies. She continues with her research into funerary archaeology and the treatment of the body in the past, focussing on Anglo-Saxon approaches to the remembrance of the dead.
